§ 58-103. Loitering on depot platforms.

It is unlawful for any person or persons not actual or bona fide passengers or persons having immediate business with such railway company, to be, loiter or remain upon the depot platforms or within the depot after being requested by the officers or agents of such railway company to retire therefrom, or to use or enter the closets or toilet rooms thereof without the consent of such railway company, its officers or agents owning, occupying or controlling such depot house and grounds.
