§ 58-102. Climbing on trains.

  • It is unlawful for any person to climb through or upon any car or engine while the car or engine is in motion or through or upon any train which has been stopped temporarily or for any person to ride upon any engine or car while the car or engine is in motion except regular passengers, railroad employees and other authorized persons, or for any person to remove from any railroad car any part thereof or any of the material being transported therein, or for any person to loiter or loaf in any railway mailing room or upon any platform or freight loading.
