§ 50-65. Removal by city.

If any owner or occupant shall refuse or neglect to clean or remove snow and ice from the sidewalk abutting such lot or lots, the city may cause such snow and ice to be removed and the cost thereof shall be assessed against such abutting lot or lots, and such cost shall be collected in the same manner as is required for the building of sidewalks.
