§ 6-62. Violations; convictions in municipal court.

(a)

Violation of any provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor.

(b)

Upon a first conviction of a violation of any section of this chapter in municipal court, a person shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00.

(c)

Upon a second conviction of a violation of the same section of this chapter, a person shall be fined not less than $200.00 nor more than $500.00.

(d)

Upon a third conviction of a violation of the same section of this chapter, a person shall be fined not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00.
