§ 62-37. Installation of fire hydrants.

For water customers within the city limits, fire hydrants will be installed at normal intervals to provide for fire protection. For water customers outside the city limits, the city shall reserve the right to refuse installation of fire hydrants. Any fire hydrant that is approved for installation outside the city limits, the city shall charge its cost for installation to the property owners requesting the fire hydrant installation.
