§ 62-21. Separate meters.

Every residence or business building shall have a separate meter and service except that all connecting buildings or auxiliary buildings may be served through the same meter and the rates as set out in this chapter for one meter shall apply, provided that the ownership of the connecting buildings or auxiliary buildings is all one and the same, and the meter deposit made and water bill paid by the owner thereof.
