§ 58-20. Trespass upon posted private property and parking.

  • It is unlawful to place or park a motorized vehicle or trailer, after business hours, upon private property and parking of others, when the owner or party in control of said property or parking posts at each entrance thereto a permanently lettered, clearly legible sign, in a form to be approved by city manager, or his designee, containing the following or a reasonable facsimile thereto:

    "PARKING OF MOTORIZED VEHICLES OR TRAILERS IS PROHIBITED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF ____________ TO ____________ . VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED."
