§ 54-135. Established.

Latest version.

There is established in the city treasury a municipal equipment reserve fund to finance the acquisition of equipment, including machinery, vehicles, and any other equipment or personal property, including but not necessarily limited to computer hardware and software which the city is authorized to purchase for municipal purposes.
