§ 50-311. Joint operation contracts.

The board of city commissioners may enter into contracts or agreements with the City of Winfield for the joint operation, control, maintenance, improvement, and development of such jointly owned airport and industrial park. Such contracts and agreements may fix the amount of bonds to be issued for the purposes provided in such contracts by each of the contracting cities and the amount of tax levy to be made by each city, if bonds are to be issued or tax levies made.
