§ 2-157. Municipal corporation.

The public building commission shall be a municipal corporation and shall have all powers and authorities set forth in K.S.A. 12-1757 through 12-1768, as amended by Charter Ordinance No. 18 exempting the city from the provisions of K.S.A. 12-1758 and 12-1767 relating to the public building commission and the issuance of revenue bonds and creating additional provisions.
