§ 14-163. Exception to system.

The code enforcement officer is authorized to establish exceptions to the numbering system described in this article as may be necessary by the irregular routing of any street or avenue of the city. All changes of this nature shall meet the criteria laid out in the adopted subdivision regulations in Part III of this Code.
